03-09 IMPROVEMENT MEME

Everyone was doing these right? Now normally that doesn't mean much to me... but today I just felt that I had to do it.

It wasn't easy looking at so many years in my life through this meme... especially because each of my drawings has in it in imprint of a memory. In the present day, during classes, I use drawings as a way to take notes. I literally draw in order to pay more attention and get the information I need to remember to be more accessible later on. While doing this meme it felt like I took a stroll through years of my life, remembering each moment that impacted me and thus my art.

I'm not sure if I've improved, I'll actually look at the completed meme in depth once I upload it here now. I must say it was an interesting process. I almost want to look at my art from earlier years too.

I did become frustrated when looking at others memes, seeing the immense amount they improved and the level they are at now. Although those same memes also give me hope that someday I can reach the same level.
